The tag was inked with Dylusions spray inks available from A Sprinkle of Imagination and then water bleached with the Joined snowflakes mask.

It was a shame to cover up most of the masking, it did look well!
I then created a little scene on one the very durable Artist Trading Cards from Tando.
The chipboard small bunting and snowflake were coated with pearly acrylic paint and added to the tag.
lots of sparkle added too!
